Our comprehensive Maintenance Check involves an inspection of all items as detailed below. You decide how frequently you require these services. A checklist is completed which specifies any problems and records either repair details or if awaiting conclusion.


Building works, plumbing, electrical repairs, mechanical services, cleaning and disinfection of piping systems, borehole drilling, supply and installation of backup tanks, door fittings-handles and locks, re-group and re-silicone wet areas, replace tap washers, bathroom repairs and maintenance, dehumidifiers, water meter installation, air conditioning maintenance, central heating maintenance, painting).

Inspection of property (arrival check and departure lock up: hot water provision, open/close shutters, turn on/off heating and air conditioning, set clocks, lock up property).

Cleaning services

myKTHMA property management can offer you a first class cleaning service.  We offer a range of cleaning services for you to choose from. WE can clean from small studio apartments to large villas and multiblock complexes. We will ensure the same care and attention to detail is taken whether you have a large portfolio of property with us or a single unit.  Our cleaning services will give you the peace of mind you deserve.

Renovations (interior and exterior building maintenance).

In the event of a repair being above the limit, we will contact you to advise you of the fault. Where the fault allows, digital photographs can immediately be emailed to you. Estimates can then be obtained upon your request. Please note, for all of the above, repairs will only be undertaken following your specific authorization to proceed.

 Home Improvement

Quotations for interior decoration, installation of electrical appliances and air conditioning, upgrading of kitchens or bathrooms, carpeting, curtain-making, re-upholstery, carpentry.

Supervision to guarantee work is of acceptable standard.

Arranging payment.

Interior Design & Home Furnishing

In addition to the wide range of services we offer, myKTHMA Property Management can also help you with the interior design, fixtures and fittings and soft furnishings at your villa or apartment. Our suppliers are

offering our clients preferential prices. We offer free consultation and written quotations upon request.

Digital Photography

If your property is currently under construction, we are able to email you progress photographs, taken at stages of the build at requested intervals. This would be a minimum of six photographs (subject to access).
